The influencer said that she is taking care of her health to be able to undergo In Vitro Fertilization in the coming months and get pregnant with her third child.
After losing her pregnancy at the end of 2024, Maíra Cardi has been trying to restore her health, which was already fragile even before she became pregnant. The influencer has been undergoing a series of tests and, this week, she recorded the moment when a team went to her home to perform more tests.
Maíra said in a video on TikTok that she plans to get pregnant, this time through the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) method , but to do so she needs to overcome a problem that arose after the spontaneous pregnancy loss she suffered on December 31st.
“ I have severe anemia because after I lost the baby, I had bleeding and I was already feeling bad. Remember that before I got pregnant I was already feeling bad? Then, after I got pregnant, everything good that I had went to the baby, so what was left of me was nothing ,” she explained.

“The iron and vitamin lady, the paranauês, will arrive soon, because she will continue giving me the pills to improve my health (…) Since I was in a bad state before getting pregnant — the doctor said I couldn’t even get pregnant, but I got pregnant without being able to and I lost it — he said: ‘Let’s do the following: you’re in a bad state, with anemia, so we’re going to give you a three-month treatment with vitamins, lots of things to make you better’”, she continued.
The influencer concluded by saying that the expected time to be ready to undergo the IVF process is three months: “After these three months, you can do IVF, which is the safest method to get pregnant quickly, because, due to my age, it is not so easy to get pregnant. So, this is the protocol that we must follow to, in three months, do IVF. Let’s see what will happen in these three months”, she stated.

Maíra has a migraine attack
In early March, the influencer had a major scare while traveling. She suffered from a severe migraine and headache and confessed to having made exceptions to her strict diet to alleviate the symptoms.
“I came to the conclusion that I’m drinking a lot less water than usual, because I didn’t bring my bottle and I have that habit. And I’m eating badly, right, people? When I’m away from home, I’ve made a lot of exceptions that, in general, I don’t eat,” she said at the time.
